Artless Design Private Limited Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers can only cancel orders until the product hasn’t been dispatched from the warehouse. We do not accept any cancellation once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount. However, you may exchange it for another product(S) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. An option for store (Website) credit is also available which will be only valid for 60 days.
Only in the case of damaged product, refund will be initiated through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
Artless Design Private Limited will offer an exchange due to size issues. If the ordered article doesn’t fit you properly, then please send us an email within 48 hours, with your correct size requirements at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the style is unfortunately not suitable, then we can offer a one-time store credit which will be valid for 60 days. This will only be possible if the ordered article is unworn and all tags & labels are intact. Please note, all shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
No exchanges are accepted after a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please read the article & wash care descriptions carefully. All images are clicked under artificial lighting conditions. Whilst we do make an attempt to display images which are absolutely accurate, slight changes may occur due to artificial lighting conditions.
“Sale” items: Exchange and Return policy
Articles sold within the “SALE” section or time period, can’t be returned or exchanged.
We do recommend that you use a courier service, where a credible AWB number is provided and the article can be tracked for return.
